Customer service is terrible, product is terrible and defective Never buy a GoTrax product. Ours didn’t turn off. Then when the battery died, we tried to charge it and the charger started to overheat. I tried resetting it and nothing worked. Finally called amazon who told me to call them directly since it’s a third party seller. All they responded with was “Can’t do an exchange at this time because we don’t have any more of that model in stock”. No offer for a refund, no offer for another option, no offer for anything. It’s like they just closed the case on…

Wishing I could have gotten another one I bought this one for my daughter and it messed up some how so I sent it back and they sent me a different one. I think it is the srx my daughter loves it and she misses this one though because she loved the bigger tires and the ability to go over Little Rock’s on the road or the track at the park.
